We have a great proposition but no one knows about us. Can you help create and implement a strategic communications plan?

The card is purchased by people that want to shop more sustainably and by support agencies that want to distribute financial assistance to their service users.

What difference will you make?

By using the card, charities receive an income boost when the card is spent, items are saved from landfill and recipients get to shop with the dignity of choice.

As a social enterprise, the majority of our profits will fund free gift cards for users of food banks, refuges and other support agencies. Your help will get us closer to profitability.

What are we looking for?

Key to the role is strategic comms experience and an ability to help define and implement a strategy for our two key segments. As this is likely to require lobbying government and other public bodies, some similar experience is sought.

As a small organisation, we\\\’d welcome applications from people that are happy to \\\”roll their sleeves up\\\” and not just help create a new strategy but also them implement it

What will you be doing?

I am seeking a volunteer with at least three years experience of strategic marketing that can help our two key audiences of consumers and support agencies (councils, housing associations and charities) gain an awareness of The Charity Shop Gift Card, a gift card that can only be spent in charity shops.

I need help creating a strategy that will take us to the next level. We are a tiny organisation and so willingness to help implement the strategy would be hugely appreciated.
