Top 100 Law firm with offices based in Richmond seek a Marketing Coordinator to join their Marketing Team on a 3 month contract. The ideal candidate must have some related experience or a marketing related degree.
Core duties will include:
- Project management of all campaign activity, including tracking and delivery of individual tasks against deadlines.
- Organising media bookings for all GTM related campaigns and divisional activity.
- Managing workflow and tracking amendments for all literature and advertising requests, including liaising with the designer to deliver these.
- Undertaking regular competitor analysis, highlighting significant changes to the relevant GTM leader.
- Co-ordinating reporting to measure effectiveness of marketing activity and campaigns.
- Allocating website marketing leads and enquiries to the appropriate practice area and updating the marketing CRM system accordingly.
- Assisting the Events marketing manager as required, to help organise and deliver GTM events.
- Complete ad hoc activity as requested by the GTM marketing leads to assist them to deliver against their plans.
