Our client – a high flying US law firm are currently looking for an experienced, senior Hospitality Manager to head up their new catering department within their London offices.
Candidates should have a minimum 10 years’ experience in catering establishments, five should be at manager level. They should ideally have experience on the client side in a high-end corporate environment, along with experience of mobilization of a catering contract into new premises.
Excellent management, communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. They must also be financially and commercially astute, with a good understanding of report writing and financial management and an analytical approach to problem solving.
A degree in hotel or hospitality management is desirable, along with a food hygiene and allergen certification.
