A unique opportunity to join this ever expanding boutique Litigation firm – who are so busy that they are now urgently seeking someone to supervise their growing team of paralegals.
Candidates should have excellent City experience of supervising a team and have at least 6 years of solid career paralegal experience – now looking to expand their horizons.
Day to day work allocations will be of utmost importance as you liaise with the various practice teams, understand their needs, then distribute work cases directly to your team, managing the whole process at the same time.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage others well are essential – whilst also doing day to day paralegal work.
