Our client, a prestigious US law firm based near Liverpool Street, is urgently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Legal IT Helpdesk Technician to join their London office as soon as possible.
Reporting to the IT Director based in Paris, the role will involve:
- Providing technical support at Helpdesk and First Line level to all users in the London office
- Troubleshooting PCs and telecommunications-related issues, including smartphones, network devices, printers, etc.
- Assisting with software upgrades and computer setups
The ideal candidate will have:
- Over two years of IT support experience in a City law firm
- Excellent knowledge of PC hardware and software
- Experience working with MS Office 2016
- A flexible attitude and willingness to do overtime when required
