Our client, a successful international law firm, is looking for an experienced Legal Filing/Records Assistant to join their busy Records department on a year’s contract in a specific, challenging role.
The daily tasks will involve maintenance of the firm’s hard copy & digital files relating to client matters, anti money laundering and compliance transactions.
Other duties will include updating records and data management, therefore up to date IT skills, particularly knowledge of Excel is required.
Candidates should have a minimum 2 years in a similar support role, preferably with a City law firm.
