  • Top Accountancy firm see a Learning and Development Administrator to join the Audit team. The primary purpose of the L&D team is to bring together all aspects of an individual’s learning within the Audit Stream and underpin a culture of audit quality. The team reports into the Audit Executive via the Audit Head of People, Resourcing and Culture.

    Core duties will include:

  • Help support the management of projects within the Hub.
  • Be responsible for managing the inbox and helping support training courses run by the Hub.
  • Support the Audit Stream L&D Hub manager in the collation of key data to report to the Audit Executive.
  • Help manage projects, collate updates on key milestones and help create processes within the team to help create efficiencies and embed processes within the Hub.
  • Various other administrative tasks with room to develop and implement changes within the team.
  • Ideal Candidates must have the following:

  • Some experience of managing projects
  • Reporting experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced excel skills advantageous
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Office
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • An affinity with learning and development is beneficial but not at all essential
