Core Duties
- Design, coordinate and attend assessment centres for incoming student intakes.
- Organise and schedule assessment centres across the region.
- Deliver firm presentations to prospective trainee intakes at assessment centres.
- Support Diversity & Inclusion targets and initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Manage selection and assessment tools, providing robust reporting on success measures.
- Train candidates on assessment centre technology ahead of the days.
- Ensure recruitment technology compliance across the team.
- Interface with internal stakeholders to upskill capability for managing robust selection criteria and ensure fair selection throughout.
- Champion trainee experience, ensuring the firm delivers an exceptional experience.
- Build connections with the HR community to identify opportunities to improve service by gaining a deep understanding of business lines and future growth plans.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building a robust outreach strategy to connect and engage talent through schools, universities, etc., and book, coordinate, deliver and attend attraction events within your area of responsibility.
- Coordinate the RSM brand ambassador programme with returning university placement students within your area of responsibility.
- Deliver timely and constructive feedback to candidates post assessment centre.
- Offer and process offer paperwork for successful candidates.
- Ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – adept at influencing across the business.
- Confidence – comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
- Discretion – aware of confidential nature of work within employment law boundaries.
- Proven team leadership – engage, drive and support the Talent Acquisition Executive Hire team to succeed.
