The Chapter Hotels is looking for reliable, hardworking and experienced Hotel Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our team across our London properties. We are recruiting for both full-time and part-time positions, with regular shifts available and opportunities to work across multiple hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest bedrooms to a high hotel standard
- Make beds and change bed linen
- Clean bathrooms, showers, toilets and guest areas
- Replace towels, toiletries and room supplies
- Vacuum, dust and clean floors and surfaces
- Ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in on time
- Report maintenance issues, damages and lost property
- Follow hotel hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Work closely with housekeeping supervisors and hotel teams
What We Are Looking For
- Previous hotel housekeeping or room attendant experience is preferred.
- You should be reliable and punctual
- Hardworking with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
- Able to travel reliably to your assigned hotel
- Eligible to work in the UK
