Part of The Chapter Collection, it’s a destination that exudes quality and class—serving up unforgettable experiences from the first sip of champagne to the last bite of a perfectly crafted meal.

We’re all about creating moments that matter. Our bar has fresh, handcrafted cocktails, premium wines, and the finest champagnes. And our “Premium” menu? It’s a celebration of classic British cuisine done with a touch of luxury that keeps guests coming back.
The venue itself spans two stunning floors:
The Ground Floor: A lively, social space perfect for casual lunches, afternoon drinks, or a relaxed working lunch. Think London pub offering a welcoming vibe to the office workers and bankers that are amongst our very loyal guest base.
Upstairs: This is where the magic happens. A full-service dining experience awaits, with flexible spaces that can also host business meetings, corporate gatherings, or office celebrations. Plus, the grand external balcony is a real showstopper, offering space for 60 guests to enjoy alfresco elegance.
Our Area Manager, Steve Welsh, is on the lookout for a standout General Manager to take The Rocket to the next level. Here’s what we’re looking for:

- A pro at managing large bookings, whether it’s lively parties or sophisticated sit-down dinners.
- A natural leader who knows how to train, develop and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service every time.
As General Manager, you’ll be driving sales by building a busy diary of pre-booked events, networking with local businesses, and giving people every reason to choose The Rocket for their next big moment.
