The Chant Group are specialists in both residential and corporate lettings. We are a young company growing fast and looking for a dynamic, driven, and motivated individual to join our exciting lettings department, ideally with 6-12 months of experience (although not essential) working within the lettings industry.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lettings Consultant located in London. The Lettings Consultant will be responsible for managing high-value properties and providing top-class customer service. The role involves:
- Working with a diverse portfolio of properties
- Liaising with prospective tenants
- Conducting viewings and closing deals
- Liaising with Property Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing end-to-end tenancy processes
Qualifications:
- Interpersonal skills, consulting, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
