The Chant Group are specialists in both residential and corporate lettings. We are a young company growing fast and looking for a dynamic, driven, and motivated individual to join our exciting lettings department, ideally with 6-12 months of experience (although not essential) working within the lettings industry.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lettings Consultant located in London. The Lettings Consultant will be responsible for managing high-value properties and providing top-class customer service. The role involves:

  • Working with a diverse portfolio of properties
  • Liaising with prospective tenants
  • Conducting viewings and closing deals
  • Liaising with Property Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing end-to-end tenancy processes

Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal skills, consulting, and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for property, knowledge of the London rental market, and a desire to continuously learn and develop
