- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 BDMs/AMs to achieve and exceed targets
- Build and execute outbound strategies to generate high-quality pipeline and new logos
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Develop senior relationships with key stakeholders across target markets
- Support account expansion within existing customers through upsell and cross-sell
- Run effective deal reviews, 1:1s, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team culture

- Previous experience in a player-manager or team leadership role
- Strong ability to lead from the front – comfortable carrying an individual target alongside team responsibility
- Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing sales teams
- Experience working with or alongside Cisco solutions/partner ecosystems is highly advantageous
- Commercially sharp with strong consultative selling skills
- Self-starter with a startup/entrepreneurial mentality and high levels of ownership
- Resilient, driven, and motivated by growth and building something meaningful
