Location: Reading (Hybrid)

Salary: £26,000 + £4,000 commission

About the role: We are looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity, and drive to join a growing team as a Software Sales Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop within the IT/software sales space. You will work closely with internal sales teams, vendors, and customers to support the adoption of leading software solutions including Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, and other cloud technologies. Ideal for someone who is commercially minded, confident communicating with people, and eager to build a career in technology sales.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting sales teams with software and cloud opportunities
  • Working with leading vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe and AWS
  • Helping identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Supporting the development of the software sales pipeline
  • Working closely with sales, marketing and vendor teams
  • Attending vendor and customer events

What we are looking for:

  • A motivated, positive attitude and desire to build a career in sales
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
  • Interest in technology, software or cloud solutions
  • Commercial awareness and willingness to learn
  • Team player with strong organisational skills

Desirable: Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, account management, or tech environments would be beneficial.
