We collaborate closely to bring that positive impact home.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities: Personal Assistant and Receptionist\\n\\nFront of House & Office Support\\n\\nActing as a warm and professional first point of contact for visitors and colleagues\\nManaging reception duties and supporting meetings with refreshments and room coordination\\nLiaising with facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day HQ operations\\nExecutive & Diary Support\\n\\nManaging calendars, meetings, and schedules for senior Executives\\nCoordinating appointments and anticipating scheduling conflicts\\nEnsuring Executives are fully prepared for meetings\\nTravel & Logistics\\n\\nOrganising UK and international travel, including accommodation and itineraries\\nManaging changes and last-minute requests calmly and efficiently\\nCommunication & Administration\\n\\nActing as a gatekeeper for Executive communications when required\\nDrafting correspondence and handling confidential information\\nSupporting expenses, invoices, and basic financial administration\\nMeetings, Projects & Events\\n\\nPreparing agendas, briefing packs, and presentations\\nSupporting board meetings, offsites, and internal events\\nTaking minutes and tracking actions\\nRequirements: Personal Assistant and Receptionist\\n\\nWe’re looking for someone who is:\\n\\nNaturally organised and calm under pressure\\nConfident, professional, and personable\\nProactive, flexible, and solutions-focused\\nDiscreet and trusted with sensitive information\\nYou’ll ideally have:\\n\\nExperience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role\\nStrong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)\\nConfidence managing diaries, travel, and competing priorities\\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\\nPA experience is not essential — training and mentoring will be provided.\\n\\nWe’re proud to be recognised as a Disability Confident Level 3 Employer—the highest level in the UK Government’s scheme.
