We’re looking for a high-impact Sales Team Leader/ Sales Manager to drive growth, win new business, and lead from the front within a highly experienced Cisco solutions partner. This is a true player-manager role, combining hands-on enterprise sales with leadership responsibility for a team of 5–6 Business Development Managers / Account Managers.

You’ll play a critical role in scaling an already successful, growing business, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to both close deals yourself and elevate team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition across enterprise end users, service providers, data centres, and AI-focused organisations.
  • Own and deliver against revenue targets, personally contributing to pipeline and deal closure.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 BDMs/AMs to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build and execute outbound strategies to generate high-quality pipeline and new logos.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Develop senior relationships with key stakeholders across target markets.
  • Support account expansion within existing customers through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Run effective deal reviews, 1:1s, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine go-to-market strategy and improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in enterprise new business (hunter) sales within technology/IT services, ideally a Cisco Accredited partner.
  • Experience selling Cisco solutions.
  • Experience selling into end users, service providers, data centres, and/or AI-driven organisations.
  • Previous experience in a player-manager or team leadership role.
  • Strong ability to lead from the front – comfortable carrying an individual target alongside team responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience working with or alongside Cisco solutions/partner ecosystems is highly advantageous.
  • Commercially sharp with strong consultative selling skills.
  • Self-starter with a startup/entrepreneurial mentality and high levels of ownership.
  • Resilient, driven, and motivated by growth and building something meaningful.

If you’re a hands-on sales leader who thrives on winning new business, building teams, and driving growth—this is a chance to make a real impact.
