Our client is a trusted technology partner specialising in delivering innovative network, data centre and IT infrastructure solutions to businesses of all sizes. With a highly experienced team of consultants and certified engineers, they pride themselves on providing tailored, cost-effective solutions while building strong, long-term partnerships with their customers. We are looking for someone motivated, organised and eager to learn to join a fast-paced and supportive team as an Operations Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to gain exposure across different areas of a business, while building a career within operations and business administration. What you’ll be doing: Operations Administrator You will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the business, working across client support, office administration, HR administration and records management. No two days will be exactly the same, so we are looking for someone proactive who enjoys getting involved and keeping things organised. Customer & Client Support – Answer incoming calls, respond to client requests and process customer purchase orders. Office & Facilities Administration – Monitor inventory and order supplies, coordinate the maintenance of facilities and equipment, and support with the organisation of company events. HR & Staff Administration – Manage and maintain staff time-tracking tools and support new starter, onboarding and internal staff move processes. Records & Compliance – Maintain accurate financial, employee and client records, as well as supporting the review and updating of company policies to ensure compliance. What we’re looking for: Operations Administrator Previous experience within an administrative, office support or operations role. Experience with purchase orders or invoicing would be desirable. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable answering phones and communicating directly with clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail, particularly when maintaining records and documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general office systems. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and get involved across different areas of the business.
