We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Product Administrator based in our Nottingham office. This role involves the administration of policies relating to product set-up and management within our systems. This will include data management, working with spreadsheets and completing assigned tasks.

As part of the central product team, the Product Administrator plays a key role in supporting the set‑up, management and organisation of product data within our business systems. Key to the role’s success is ensuring that all product information is accurate, up to date and consistent. This is important to ensure that products are available in our systems when we quote for and process customer orders.

You will work closely with other internal teams to ensure we capture all the necessary product information for a seamless process from product set‑up through to quotation, order and invoice. In addition, product master data will be maintained to a high standard to ensure accurate and detailed BI, helping to inform and support decision‑making across the business.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • Strong Excel knowledge and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
