What you’ll be doing:
- Processing and managing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Supporting sourcing activities and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Monitoring stock requirements and managing returns when required
- Maintaining accurate procurement records and ensuring process compliance
- Using Excel and internal systems to track orders, analyse data, and support decision-making
- Building strong supplier relationships and helping drive operational efficiencies
What we’re looking for:
- Experience within procurement, purchasing, supply chain, stock control, logistics, or a similar operational environment
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good commercial awareness and plenty of common sense
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
