Operating within a specialist technology consultancy focused on networking, security, and AI-driven infrastructure, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and winning new business across enterprise and service provider markets. This organisation combines deep technical expertise with agility, delivering complex, high-impact solutions across global environments while maintaining the responsiveness and flexibility of a growing business.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within large, complex organisations, particularly across service providers, data centres, and emerging AI-focused environments. This is a strategic, consultative sales role where you’ll:
- Drive new business generation through proactive outreach, events, and networking
- Build senior-level relationships and influence early-stage customer strategy
- Collaborate with technical teams to shape AI-ready infrastructure solutions
- Position cutting-edge networking, security, and AI technologies to solve real business challenges
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through to close
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in new business sales within technology or services
- Experience/ familiar selling Cisco’s range of solutions
- Comfortable operating in a start-up or scale-up environment with autonomy and pace
- Strong experience engaging stakeholders through face-to-face, events, and strategic outreach
- Ability to sell consultatively and shape opportunities early
- Exposure to data centre, networking, or AI infrastructure (or strong interest to develop in this space)
- Confident working alongside technical teams to co-create solutions
