  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, including coaching, performance management, and resource allocation.
  • You will be responsible for effective fault finding, diagnosis, analysis and swift corrective measures for all equipment on site, so you need to be hands-on within management.
