We're looking for a friendly, proactive IT Support Analyst to join our Helpdesk team onsite, providing deskside support, device installations, and assistive tech setup across Leeds and nearby areas. You’ll be the face of tech support for end users — helping them stay connected and productive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Onsite device setup, hardware swaps, replacements, and handovers
- Supporting users with assistive technology and accessibility
- Working across multiple locations (up to 75 device installs)
- Providing excellent customer service in person
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of IT support experience
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of Linux, hardware builds, and troubleshooting
- Full UK driving licence
