Location: Nottingham (Hybrid work available)
Salary: £30,000 p/a + £6,000 commission

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional to join XMA -one of the UK’s leading technology solutions providers – managing and developing Tier A client accounts within a fast-growing and high-performing team.

What You’ll Do: Inside Sales Representative
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, driving revenue, and building long-term client relationships. You will:
• Manage and develop Tier A client accounts through proactive engagement
• Handle inbound enquiries while driving outbound sales activity to existing customers
• Build, maintain, and grow a strong sales pipeline
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
• Register and manage deals with key technology vendors
• Produce and manage accurate quotes and order processing
• Maintain detailed CRM records and sales forecasting
• Collaborate closely with procurement, technical, and wider sales teams
• Build trusted relationships with key business decision-makers

Who This Role Is For: Inside Sales Representative
This role is suited to motivated and commercially driven sales professionals who already understand structured B2B sales environments. You will bring:
• Proven experience in office-based B2B sales, inside sales, or account management
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence in sales conversations
• Experience managing existing client relationships and revenue accounts
