Job Description
JOB TITLE: Store Manager
SALARY: £31,000 per annum plus comms
LOCATION: Oxford
BENEFITS: 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, pension & Staff Discounts

We are currently looking for a Store Manager for an Audio-Visual retailer based in their store in Oxford. You will be responsible for motivating and driving the store team and being an integral part of the store.
Job Specification: Store Manager
- To motivate and drive the sales team, leading by example and working closely with them on the sales floor.
- To ensure the three key areas of store, stock, staff are closely and efficiently managed at all times
- To develop the skills and performance of all staff by identifying and delivering the appropriate training and development in order to increase sales and improve the overall efficiency of the department.
- To maximise sales potential and profitability of the store in order to achieve performance targets.
Requirements: Store Manager
- You will have proven experience of building, maintaining and growing a retail store
- Preferably, you will have experience or have a keen interest in Audio Visual Products
- Strong communicator and be able to lead a team to success
- To be sales driven, customer focussed and highly motivated, with a proven sales track record
