SALARY: £23,400 + £1,000 bonus pro rata

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator based in the team. This is a fixed term contract for six months. The Administrator will provide efficient and effective end-to-end administrative support for the relevant Sales Business Units to help achieve the overall departmental KPI/SLA/Targets.

Job Specification: Post Sales Support Administrator
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Order Fulfilment – Once orders are processed by the Sales Support Team deal with suppliers to ensure customers are kept up to date on their order status and guarantee orders can be fulfilled to delivery in an optimum time frame with accuracy and clarity
- Communication – Answering calls from and dealing with all internal and external telephone contacts to the Sales Team in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate in an effective and timely manner with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) using different methods – telephone, emails and other implemented technologies (i.e. Chat)
- Providing a full and comprehensive end-to-end administrative co-ordination for all orders received including Order Fulfilment Processing, Back Order Management and Reporting
Requirements: Post Sales Support Administrator
The ideal candidate will have a mixture of some office-based administration experience as well as customer service experience, other requirements include:
- Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
- Experience of working in a team environment with shared goals
- Aware of customer services techniques for ensuring that full account is taken of customer's real and stated needs
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise on all levels of the business
