We are partnering with a leading telecoms solutions provider that has experienced significant growth following several successful acquisitions. With ambitious plans for the future, they are now looking to strengthen their sales leadership with the addition of a Regional Sales Manager to cover Scotland and the North of England, with a strong focus on the Scottish market.
About the role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a defined territory, driving revenue growth by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets. You will be selling a portfolio of hosted telephony, VoIP and mobile solutions, playing a key role in the continued expansion of the sales team. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to a motivated, self-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and winning new business. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and nurturing client relationships, understanding market dynamics, and positioning solutions effectively to maximise sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending sales appointments to present, understand and sell VoIP, hosted telephony and mobile solutions
- Matching products to customer needs while maximising commercial opportunities
- Negotiating contracts and successfully closing agreements
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the company’s products and the wider competitive landscape
- Generating your own leads, building a healthy pipeline and creating future business opportunities
About you
You will be an experienced sales professional with a solid background in telecoms sales and a proven track record of winning new business. You will be confident communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels and comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. You will also bring:
