We’re looking for a commercially aware and organised Inside Sales Representative to join our IT Channel sales team. You’ll support the smooth running of the sales function - managing quotes, processing orders and maintaining CRM accuracy - while also identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quotations and complex order processing
- Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy
- Respond to inbound enquiries
- Conduct outbound calls into the install base
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support vendor engagement and deal registrations
We’re looking for:
- Experience in inside sales, B2B sales or sales support
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator (phone & email)
- IT Channel experience (desirable)
