Salary: £42,000-£45,000 plus £15,000 OTE

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead, manage, and coach our eXcelerate team of inside sales account managers. This role is focused on people management, coaching, and development, ensuring you bring out the best in the sales team. The position is based in Nottingham.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Training, coaching, and developing a team of graduate and apprentice salespeople
  • Setting and tracking sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinating sales projects to meet deadlines
  • Conducting sales analysis, creating reports, and managing MI (annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts)
  • Analysing customer feedback to drive engagement and identify opportunities for new features and products
  • Fostering and driving a positive team culture
  • Overseeing and managing the Inside Account Manager team, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance performance

About you:

Sales management is in your DNA; you thrive on working with salespeople at all levels, coaching, training, supporting, and leading by example. You will have a proven track record in a sales team leader or sales management role, and ideally, you will have experience in the IT Channel, either within an IT Reseller/VAR or IT Distributor selling IT solutions and services.
