JOB TITLE: Head of Marketing
SALARY: £60,000 + bonus

Where will the next wave of ecommerce growth come from? As Head of Marketing, you’ll help find the answer.
Our client is looking for an experienced marketing leader to shape its next chapter, bringing brand, product and performance marketing together around a deeper understanding of its customers.
This is an opportunity to influence how the business positions its brand, communicates product value and turns customer insight into commercial growth. Working closely with the MD and teams across the business, you’ll set the strategy, challenge established approaches and uncover new opportunities to attract, convert and retain customers.
You’ll also develop the team behind that ambition, building their capability and confidence to test new ideas. If you’ve led marketing across ecommerce, brand and product in a business of comparable scale and complexity, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role – Head of Marketing
Key responsibilities:
Set the direction: Lead a customer-focused marketing strategy that drives ecommerce growth.
Build the brand: Shape a distinctive market position and grow visibility through PR and storytelling.
Bring products to life: Turn customer insight into compelling propositions and clear product messaging.
Unlock growth: Work with CRO to improve acquisition, conversion and retention through data and experimentation.
Develop the team: Coach, inspire and build a confident, commercially focused marketing function.
Own delivery: Manage plans, budgets, agencies and campaigns, keeping activity focused on results.
Connect the business: Partner with Sales, Category, Pricing, Analytics and Tech to drive shared goals.
Support client success: Deliver marketing that helps clients, marketplaces and webstores grow.
What we are looking for:
