About the role
The Marketing Project Manager will provide dedicated program execution support for large scale partner led programs, enabling day to day delivery and ensuring consistent execution across nominated partner cohorts. This role is responsible for operationalizing partner strategy, maintaining program momentum, and driving measurable outcomes through strong coordination, governance, and performance management. The Marketing Project Manager acts as the central point of execution, aligning partners, third party agencies, and internal stakeholders to agreed objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
What you'll do
- Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Onboard approved partners into programs, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and readiness
- Set clear expectations for timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
- Act as the primary point of coordination for partner execution readiness
- Program Execution & Milestone Management
- Drive end‑to‑end program execution against defined milestones and timelines
- Coordinate delivery across approved third‑party agencies
- Monitor progress, proactively addressing risks and execution gaps
- Ensure alignment across partners, agencies, and internal teams
- Agency Coordination & Oversight
- Serve as the operational liaison between partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure agency work aligns with approved scope, timelines, and program goals
- Track and validate agency deliverables against program requirements
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting against defined success metrics
- Track execution progress, outcomes, and overall performance
- Deliver regular status updates, performance summaries, and ROI support
- Operational Governance
- Maintain consistent execution standards across all participating partners
- Enforce program processes, operating cadences, and reporting expectations
- Identify and escalate execution risks or dependencies as needed
- Project Management & Communication
- Own project plans, milestones, and ongoing status reporting
- Lead weekly project meetings and execution check‑ins
- Act as the single point of contact for all program communications
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing marketing program or project execution in complex, multi stakeholder environments
- Strong coordination skills across partners, internal teams, and third party agencies
- Ability to manage milestone based delivery with clear accountability and structure
- Strong operational discipline with the ability to enforce processes and governance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive ready status updates
- Proactive risk identification and problem solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting partner programs, partner enablement, or agency led execution models
- Experience in the tech b2b channel
- Partner Marketing experience
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams supporting global stakeholders
