This role focuses on project management, process improvements, reporting and data collection, and working directly with partners as part of the program to support with Proof of Performance (PoP) reviews, activity claiming, and lead tagging.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end tracking and reporting for client opportunities within their CRM.
- Ensure program MDF activities comply with client program requirements, partnering with internal teams and external partners to meet standards and deadlines.
- Review and support activity and funding requests to ensure alignment with MDF and program guidelines, including coordinating activity creation in Intel’s MDF portal.
- Manage approval workflows by coordinating client approvals for activity budgets and execution timelines.
- Collect, organize, and validate partner Proof of Performance (PoP) throughout activity execution.
- Support partners with claim submission through the client platform to drive timely and accurate reimbursement.
- Track claim status, manage reimbursement distribution, and maintain accurate records of spend and payments.
- Monitor, review, and report on partner MDF spend and ROI, proactively working with partners to ensure claims are submitted on time.
What We Value:
- You will work with minimal supervision and are expected to continuously provide insights for process improvements and optimizations, so we value autonomy and initiative.
- Strong ability to work across teams and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- We value attention to detail to ensure documentation, workflows, and reporting are up to date and processes are streamlined.
- Actively remove blockers and anticipate challenges, driving better workstreams and solutions.
- The ability to meet strict deadlines, particularly in high-priority tasks such as PoP reviews, claim deadlines, and lead tagging.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including ad hoc tasks, in a dynamic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a project management or client success role.
- Background in B2B marketing or Alliance Marketing (optional).
- Working effectively with diverse teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Clear and effective communicator.
- Experience managing or supporting channel programs, partner funding (MDF), incentives, or compliance-driven initiatives.
- Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, requests, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with vendor-funded marketing programs (preferred).
- Comfort working in CRM platforms and producing accurate reports.
- Ability to report on data and experience using PowerBI or similar reporting tools.
