The Freelance Careers Adviser is a part time, onsite role in the Wolverhampton area, responsible for providing independent and impartial careers advice and guidance, and support to students in partner schools and colleges. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Conducting one-to-one and group guidance sessions
- Supporting students with career planning
- Helping them explore post-16 and post-18 pathways such as apprenticeships, further education, and employment
- Collaborating with school staff to align guidance with curriculum and careers programs
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and action plans
- Contributing to reports on student progress and outcomes
