We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to help us identify, engage and recruit exceptional talent for our growing network of projects and businesses.
What you’ll do:
- Source and screen candidates across specialist and professional roles.
- Create and publish job listings.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and talent databases.
- Support contractor onboarding and grow our Agents of Change Network.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or people coordination is desirable, but we value initiative, communication skills and the ability to recognise potential beyond a CV.
You should be comfortable using LinkedIn, managing multiple priorities and working independently.
