The Change Impact and wider group is a 4th Sector business focused on delivering both commercial and environmental impact through action. We work closely with businesses across the UK, Germany, and further internationally, helping them unlock value from innovation while delivering measurable sustainability outcomes.
This role sits within our impact and sustainability division, where we go beyond tracking emissions. We work with clients to develop practical, real-world solutions; one example is enabling a client to transform materials that would otherwise be burned into more environmentally and commercially valuable input for batteries. This work involves partnering with sometimes the ‘worst polluter’ businesses to develop practical solutions that reduce emissions and create new value chains; converting waste materials into usable industrial inputs.
Within sustainability, we support clients in carbon accounting, regulatory reporting, and emissions reduction, ensuring they can accurately measure, manage, and reduce their environmental impact in line with evolving regulatory requirements. Our work spans multiple sectors and geographies, supporting both scaling SMEs and established organisations.
This is a full-time, office-based role (Hybrid Flexibility once settled) in Belfast for a Carbon Accountant.
