The Change Partners are working with a Global DTC brand to connect strong customer and loyalty offerings with Retail brands. We are hiring a project manager to support the team across supply chain, logistics, data, marketing, and wider loyalty propositions within the retail environment. We seek someone from Retail or consulting with strong exposure to working with Retail brands.
Key responsibilities:
- Own program and project delivery across Retail.
- Partner with Retail brands to support the delivery of Loyalty programmes.
- Work with Supply Chain, Logistics, Data, Loyalty, Marketing, and wider commercial teams.
- Stakeholder management with external clients.
- Daily interaction with multiple internal and external teams to help deliver the program.
- Work with commercial analysts for forecasting.
- Able to push and work with multiple teams and instigate priority projects.
- Interact with HQ regularly for reporting, project progress, and delivery.
- Deliver project reporting and updates to senior leadership.
- Ability to be agile and work through multiple areas of the business and at times, in less process-driven areas.
Your background:
- At least 5 years in Project/Programme Management.
- Strong experience delivering projects across Supply Chain, Logistics, Data, or Loyalty programmes.
- Have worked in or with Retail brands such as Tesco or Currys.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with strong gravitas to drive projects forward.
- Working in a client-facing environment is ideal but not essential.
