The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 global consumer electronics brand that is looking to hire a Technical Business Analyst. The role will help identify opportunities for AI and automation across multiple business functions, working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to design, build and deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

You'll act as the bridge between business and technology, gathering requirements, mapping processes, defining solutions and supporting the implementation of AI tools, automation and intelligent workflows across the organisation. This is a 12-month contract role, with yearly extensions, offering a day rate of £170 per day via umbrella.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and intelligent automation.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
  • Analyse current processes and design future-state AI-enabled workflows.
  • Produce user stories, business scenarios, process maps and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, developers and data teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Support the delivery and rollout of AI initiatives from concept through to production.
  • Build and maintain AI prompts, GPTs and workflow automations where appropriate.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting solutions and automated analytical tools.
  • Support testing activities, validating AI outputs and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and encourage adoption of new AI capabilities across the business.
  • Monitor the success and business value of AI initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Your background:
  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on technology, digital transformation or AI-related projects.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Strong process mapping, requirements documentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Good understanding of AI technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation or intelligent document processing.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering, AI or data teams.
  • Exposure to prompt engineering, AI tools or automation platforms would be highly advantageous.
