The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 DTC Brand who are hiring for a Marketing & Digital Executive across Planning, Reporting and Analysis (Korean Speaking). The role is responsible for supporting the Digital and Marketing team by conducting reporting on marketing activity to help define clear execution plans for campaign success. Please note, we require someone who is immediately available or on short notice.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse marketing and digital performance data utilising Excel and Dashboards.
- Use insights from reporting to create clear execution plans for marketing teams.
- Present insights and reporting to senior leadership team, including presentation creation.
- Create actionable plans with internal teams based on reporting and analysis of Marketing Campaigns.
- Support plans, update and alignment with PMs.
- Work with SLT to help grow effectiveness across marketing and digital launches.
Your background:
- 2 years across Marketing and Digital within planning, reporting or data analysis.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
- Experience working with a large, multi-matrix and corporate DTC businesses.
- Strong with Excel for report generation, visualisation and insight generation.
