About the role
We are currently working with a global consumer technology brand that is continuing to invest in its digital operations and customer experience capabilities across Europe. We are looking for a Performance & Reporting Manager to lead operational reporting and performance analysis across multiple European markets. This role will focus on transforming complex operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making, performance improvement, and business growth. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH) based in the London area.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and evolve operational performance reporting criteria.
- Define reporting requirements, KPIs, metrics, governance standards, and calculation logic.
- Review, validate, and sign off on AI reporting outputs and insights to ensure accuracy and business relevance.
- Analyse operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present performance insights and executive reporting for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, automation, and analytics capabilities.
- Partner with operational, governance, and analytics teams to align reporting with business objectives.
Your background:
- 5+ years' experience in project/programme management.
- 3+ years’ experience in performance reporting, business intelligence, or analytics.
- Strong experience analysing operational data and producing actionable business insights.
- Understanding of KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, and governance frameworks to define effective criteria for specific business needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of reporting automation, AI-enabled analytics, or business intelligence tools is advantageous.
