The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 Consumer Electronics brand who are hiring for their Network/Telco business for a System Integration Technical Manager. The SI Technical Manager will support European expansion of ORAN Networks Solutions, owning technical obligations to vendors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end system integration test deliverables for ORAN Vendors.
  • Develop test reporting criteria with stakeholders to maintain customer dashboards for all testing processes, reporting and issue tracking.
  • Agree test scope and specification reports for testing, which are provided by ORAN vendors.
  • Optimise the test execution plans across vendors and ensure optimal paths are used.
  • Own test defects, ensuring they are captured and reported to stakeholders and provide a resolution for such areas.
  • Support vendors with root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Present test reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop final test exit report and system deployment method of procedure documents to the customer.
  • Operation product defect support to customer technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot coordination for complex product issues.

Your background:

  • At least 5 years of experience working within end-to-end technical solutions for ORAN Vendors.
  • Track record of delivering multi-vendor, large-scale system integration technical projects.
  • Experience with Open RAN, Virtualised core/RAN.
  • Strong stakeholder management and reporting.
