Job Description
The Change Partners are working with a leading global technology brand to hire a senior demand planning manager to support the e-commerce business unit.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly and quarterly stock planning for all product lines (3-6 months in advance), based on sales, seasonality, and competitor analysis. Own end-to-end forecasting, stock management, and secure surplus support.
- Work with Commercial Managers to develop monthly commercial plans, address stock gaps, and propose corrective actions to hit revenue targets.
- Take full responsibility for managing ageing stock weekly/monthly, reporting to the commercial team to develop clearance plans and meet company KPIs (e.g., Weeks of Supply).
- Track campaign and promotion performance, providing key learnings. Support test-and-learn plans to optimise promotional mechanics.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- We're looking for 7+ years of experience within hardware demand planning or hardware product planning
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and an analytical mindset.
- Planning & Detail Orientation: Exceptional analytical and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Data Presentation: Extensive experience translating complex data into simple, clear presentations.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt, remain resilient, and work effectively at speed.
Hybrid working with three days in the office, and two days working from home
