The Change Partners are working with an iconic Travel brand who are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to set up marketing across the Netherlands, France and Belgium. This role works with the Head of Marketing to produce strategy and execution, working with agencies in relevant countries, with a strong understanding of the consumers in those markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Marketing, Brand, PR and Content strategy across the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to develop insight and identify growth areas and competitor positioning of the travel market.
- Create frameworks, metrics/KPIs and reporting to ensure strong execution and ROI.
- Oversight of execution of campaigns, ensuring fit for local audience, preferences and delivery within budget.
- Partner cross-functionally with Online, CRM, Media, Partnerships and Commercial.
- Budget management split across local markets.
- Partner with external marketing agencies.
Your background:
- At least 5 years within omnichannel marketing.
- Track record of leading strategy/execution across Netherlands, France and Belgium.
- English is essential, ideal if you can also speak Dutch and/or French.
- Experience with internal and external (agency) teams, being hands on and strategic.
