Job Description

The Change Partners are seeking a Programme Support Analyst (PMO) for an iconic travel brand. This remote role reports to the Programme Director and on an initial 18 month contract.

The Programme Support Analyst will be a key enabler of delivery excellence for a strategic transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the governance, reporting, risk management, and coordination of a multi-year program.
  • Liaise with project teams, third-party vendors, and support functions to ensure control, transparency, and alignment across workstreams.
  • Maintain program-level governance frameworks and ensure compliance with group requirements.
  • Design and compile reports for steering committees, tracking progress against milestones and providing early warnings of deviations.
  • Support the Programme Director in developing and maintaining the integrated program plan and assist in scenario planning.
  • Maintain the central RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log and a milestone/action tracker.
  • Act as the PMO liaison between delivery teams, business units, and vendors.
  • Monitor compliance with program standards, maintain project files, and establish document control procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Programme or Project Support Analyst (PMO) within a large-scale business transformation or IT program.
  • Strong knowledge of program/project governance, risk and issue management, and stakeholder engagement best practices.
  • Experience in complex, multi-vendor environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Experience working on transport, travel, or core platform-related programs.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies in a hybrid program setting.
  • Familiarity with PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent project/program management frameworks.
