The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 Consumer Electronics brand who are looking to hire a Paid Media Analyst to support their European Media Centre of Excellence.

This is initially a contract role, with a likelihood to renew, and an opportunity to go permanent.

This role sits at the heart of a newly formed regional media function and plays a critical role in ensuring paid media performance is measured consistently and used to improve campaign outcomes across Europe.

You’ll work across ATL (TV, OOH, radio, print) and digital/social channels (paid social, video, display, search), partnering closely with markets, agencies, and senior stakeholders to translate complex media data into clear, actionable insights. The focus is on post-campaign analysis, media efficiency, and enabling better decision-making β€” not day-to-day optimisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and track campaign KPIs aligned to objectives (awareness, engagement, conversion).
  • Deliver post-campaign analysis with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain consistent paid media reporting across markets and channels.
  • Analyse performance across paid social, digital platforms, and ATL activity.
  • Build clear visualisations and reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to improve media efficiency and data quality.
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives and new media measurement approaches.

Your background

  • 3–5 years’ experience in paid media analytics, performance marketing, or a media agency role.
  • Experience across both ATL and digital/social paid media.
  • Strong understanding of campaign KPIs and post-campaign analysis.
  • Confident in interpreting data from platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

This position offers a hybrid working model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
