Overview:
The Change Partners are working with a leading technology business to
European subsidiaries by optimising digital paid media performance through actionable, data-driven insights. Focus areas include paid search, social, display, programmatic, and video.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver insights across major ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon).
- Develop and maintain dashboards in BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Validate data, conduct post-campaign analyses, and apply A/B testing.
- Translate stakeholder needs into scalable reporting solutions.
- Monitor and resolve data issues to ensure reporting accuracy.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years in a digital marketing or paid media analyst role.
- Strong experience with paid media ad platforms.
- Proven ability to build dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, statistics, and data validation.
- Experience optimising paid media campaigns and A/B testing.
- Ability to manage data pipelines and convert requirements into solutions.
- Fluent in English; able to explain technical topics clearly.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with ad tech and measurement platforms.
- Familiarity with web tracking and analytics tagging.
- Strategic, analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
