This person will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the UK e-commerce website by owning the end-to-end customer experience and commercial performance of specific product categories. Key Responsibilities Manage product listings, promotions, and campaign execution to meet performance targets. Lead the UX and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategy, identifying friction points and prioritising improvements for both desktop and mobile sites. Analyse data from sources like GA4, AA, Content Square, and Excel to derive actionable insights and present recommendations for continuous improvement. Lead a virtual team of agency talent using agile methods, collaborating with various internal teams, including product, merchandising, and marketing. Plan and execute integrated website communications for product launches, brand campaigns, and promotions, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. Monitor SEO performance and optimise content, metadata, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility and the on-site experience. What weβre looking for We are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or UX strategy, preferably within a large multinational or consumer tech business. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end digital projects and conversion-driven campaigns. Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, UX principles, and e-commerce platforms is essential. The ability to simplify and present data from tools like GA4, AA, and Excel is also required.
