The Change Partners are hiring for a Tier-1 Consumer brand who are looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager, on an ongoing remote contract.
The Loyalty Marketing Manager will be instrumental in enhancing post-purchase customer experience across Europe.
This role, within the European CRM and Media team, focuses on delivering customer lifecycle marketing communications to boost satisfaction, retention, and upgrades for mobile and consumer electronics customers. It\βs a hands-on position with significant growth potential, joining a rapidly expanding direct channels team.
You will oversee the entire customer post-purchase journey, from initial welcome to long-term re-engagement, proactively strategising and implementing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engaging email and push communications, leveraging insights to showcase products and provide educational content.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process: writing briefs, assessing creative and copy, securing approvals, developing toolkits for local implementation, and collaborating with the CRM Operations team for delivery.
- Strategise and manage product lifecycle CRM campaigns, including welcome journeys, product review generation, and late in-life retention initiatives.
- Develop and manage loyalty-based CRM campaigns, such as customer journeys tied to online store activities (e.g., anniversaries, VIP engagement).
- Oversee European campaigns for the mobile loyalty app, including coordinating monthly push notifications and delivering third-party reward campaigns.
- Lead and develop a team (up to 5 members), overseeing campaign work and shaping the team\βs vision.
- Monitor key CRM KPIs, manage monthly reporting, and present key learnings and actionable insights to the team.
- Drive data-driven personalisation, assessing the feasibility of trigger campaigns and working with data teams to build recommendations.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive messaging framework tailored for different target audiences across the customer lifecycle.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the European Office and European subsidiaries.
- Liaise with HQ to communicate European plans and results, and to understand global CRM plans for local roll-out.
- Provide support for team activity planning.
- 4+ years of experience in a Retention/CRM Marketing role.
- Strong consumer-oriented approach with proven ability to craft customer-friendly messaging.
- Exceptional execution skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly organised with outstanding work planning and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to teams.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing metrics and data to guide decisions and provide recommendations.
