We are seeking a Junior BI Manager to join a high-performing Business Innovation team within a globally recognised tier-1 consumer brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data accuracy, is proactive in managing stakeholders, and is excited to work at the intersection of BI, sales, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and interpret sales, supply chain, and inventory data across key product categories.
  • Build and publish weekly performance reports and dashboards to share with senior stakeholders and HQ.
  • Maintain and improve centralised sales and inventory tracking systems.
  • Monitor and report on UK daily sales performance and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain reports to support strategic business decisions.
  • Support the development of automation procedures to streamline reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, SCM, Finance, and HQ to ensure data is timely and accurate.

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related fields.
  • Strong Excel skills (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros).
  • Experience in processing raw data and preparing reports for senior-level consumption.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
  • Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the supply chain or FMCG sectors is a plus.
  • Bonus: familiarity with automation platforms (e.g. ACE) and API-based data pipelines.
  • Fluent Korean.
