We are currently working with a global technology organisation, looking for a Korean-speaking Planning Associate to support planning, coordination, and performance reporting activities of digital marketing operations. This role will focus on turning business initiatives into actionable plans, tracking progress, and preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams. This is a hybrid role based in the London area. This role pays between £227–£250 per day.
Key responsibilities:
- Support planning and coordination activities across multiple projects and operational workstreams.
- Translate business initiatives into clear execution plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain planning documents, timelines, trackers, and reporting materials.
- Monitor project and business performance and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Compile and analyse operational and performance data to support weekly and monthly reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for leadership and management teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates, inputs, and reporting information.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and reporting activities.
- Contribute to improving reporting templates, tracking tools, and communication processes.
Your background:
- 2–3 years’ experience within planning, reporting, operations, or data analysis roles, ideally within a digital marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for reporting and presenting.
- Ability to analyse and organise data and translate it into reports.
- Understanding of performance metrics and KPI reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Korean.
