The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 global consumer electronics brand who are looking for a Performance Insights Specialist to join their European D2C Centre of Excellence team. You’ll play a key role in driving operational visibility and performance insight across the D2C function, helping leadership teams make smarter, data-driven decisions. Working closely with PMO, Operations, and CoE domain teams, you’ll analyse operational performance data, identify trends and risks, and turn complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations. The role is heavily focused on operational performance analytics, dashboard ownership, insight generation, and stakeholder storytelling, making it ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical depth with commercial and operational impact. This is a contract role, initially 12 months, with yearly extensions inside IR35 via umbrella.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own operational performance analytics across the D2C CoE, providing insight into delivery performance, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards covering KPIs such as SLA adherence, backlog trends, workload management, and service quality.
  • Analyse operational datasets from systems such as JIRA to identify trends, root causes, and performance gaps.
  • Define and standardise operational metrics, reporting structures, and dashboard methodologies across markets.
  • Support PMO governance and operational reviews with data-driven insight and performance reporting.
  • Deliver clear recommendations to leadership teams to improve operational efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across PMO, Operations, and CoE functions to support decision-making.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide direction and context to analysts to ensure reporting outputs align with governance and business priorities.

Your background:

  • A Korean-speaking candidate is preferred.
  • Experience in operational analytics, PMO analytics, business intelligence, or performance insight roles.
  • Strong experience analysing operational performance data such as SLA metrics, ticket volumes, delivery performance, or service operations.
  • Ability to move beyond raw data analysis and generate actionable insights that highlight performance drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience building dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
  • Confident working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable business insight.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to leadership teams.
