The Change Partners are working with a global Tier-1 Consumer Electronics brand, who are looking to hire a Junior Digital Designer. You’ll sit within the CRM strategy team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative across channels including email, push, and loyalty platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to campaign design, template creation, and broader creative execution, while working closely with marketing and CRM teams.

This is a contract until the end of the year, with yearly extensions, on a day rate of £167 per day via umbrella.

  • Build and maintain reusable templates within CRM / CMS platforms for use across European markets
  • Design and deliver templates across CRM channels including email, push notifications, and loyalty platforms
  • Support the development of campaign concepts, ensuring all output aligns with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate briefs into high-quality creative outputs
  • Contribute ideas to improve design performance and push creative standards
  • Support wider design needs, including digital assets, and occasional print or campaign materials
  • Ensure all creative and data usage aligns with relevant compliance and regulatory standards

Experience in a digital design role or relevant internship / junior position.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, CRM, or campaign-based design work
  • Familiarity with email design and an understanding of CRM channels is a plus
  • Comfortable using design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, branding, and consistency
  • Proactive, creative, and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment
