The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 FMCG Brand who are looking for an IT Product Owner within their Manufacturing and Operations team. The role will encompass building brand-new global digital/IT products to enable strong and more efficient manufacturing processes. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they grow a brand new Global IT function, with lots of progression available.
Key responsibilities:
- Own Global IT-related digital products across Manufacturing Operations, build via definition and analysis.
- End to end from scope through to definition through to managing agile squad delivery.
- Deliver product value across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Build new demands integrated into backlogs and translate into user stories and features.
- Product backlog prioritisation, including risk and interdependencies management with squads.
- Drive delivery, facilitate day to day operations and support for the various squads.
- Enable driving of demonstration and rollout plan with wider POs.
- Manage product catalog and ensure consistency between product and service and the wider product portfolio.
- Support with backlog and roadmap forecast across resource needs.
- Work through Quality, Research & Development, Product Life Management, Operations, Optimisation, Sustainability & Responsibility and Bottling Management.
Your background:
- At least 3 years within IT Product Ownership across Manufacturing or FMCG/MES Systems.
- Deep expertise, understanding and proven track record strategising and overseeing implementation of manufacturing-related digital products.
- Strong experience within Quality, Research & Development, Product Life Management, Operations, Optimisation, Sustainability & Responsibility or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management to partner cross-functionally with multiple Global markets and teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
